Guided a major shipping company to develop a mobile load board app for its contract drivers, which drastically reduced turnover.
Created an Innovation partnership for an $80M consulting firm, which generated an $8M contract and then resulted in the firm expanding their practice areas to include Innovation.
Created a new licensing model for a large software company which resulted in two contracts valued at $250M. The company then rolled out the licensing model company-wide.
